Approx project timeframe: 1-6 months

Working alongside brand founders to create and develop disruptive wellness and lifestyle brands and concepts. Concept consultancy includes:

  • Trends reporting / data-backed delivery of today’s wellness world

  • Competitor analysis / market analysis & identification of opportunistic spaces within the market

  • Concept development, ideation & market positioning

  • Organisation of focus groups & group research to verify concept

  • Connection to key players within the wellness industry globally to support creation and launch of brand

  • Planning for concept roll out (inc. high level roll out of multi-channel route to market strategy & timeline and all brand, marketing and content activities required)

+ option to: be included as part of a brand’s ‘founding team’ where necessary for investment documentation

Development of brand, visual brand, concept messaging & positioning including:

  • Visual brand identity, brand book & brand guidelines

  • Brand messaging, tone of voice development & tone of voice guidelines

  • Photography, videography and graphic design direction

  • Support on web development


Brand & Marketing Consultancy

Approx project timeframe: 3-6 months

Development of brand marketing / user acquisition strategy, including:

  • Advice on most relevant activities for user acquisition / lead generation though a brand marketing lens rather than a solely paid advertising lens

  • Influencer, creator celebrity marketing + little black book connections and brand partnerships

+ connection to relevant third party agencies and freelancers

+ development of marketing team structure, internal hires & processes and assisting with hiring / interviewing


Content Consultancy

Approx project timeframe: 1 month

Development of:

  • Cross channel content strategy

  • Guidance across platforms of interest (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Blog Content and Podcasting) including identification of most relevant channels, content strands to be communicated & how communication should take place / format of assets

  • Guidance on brand messaging, trends, video series, community engagement, short form vs. mid & long form content, frequency of posting, creators and communities to engage with

  • Guidance on example content to be created

  • Creative direction of all photo, video & graphic design content

  • Connection to third party content creators, assistance with scoping & hiring


If working on all of the above stages as project manager, Louise will then co-ordinate all activities, guide the brand to launch before handing over to internal team to ensure:

  • Review of marketing performance

  • Adjustment to ensure a topical and effective ongoing brand, marketing and user acquisition strategy
